Soda Fountain

I found myself cruising Wikihow and wondering about the people that write these entries.
Are they the ones that live in infomericals that have problems with everyday things.
Like opening cans, making beds, or using a soda fountain.
Maybe this is a joke.

A really elaborate joke that contains the instructions instructions:
1.Pay for the Soda at the Counter
2. Place the empty cup, hole side up, under the ice dispenser and use the cup to apply gentle pressure to the activating lever.
3.Decide which drink you want, then use your cup to push the activating lever directly below your drink of choice
4.Hold the glass (with the ice in it) under one dispenser at a time if you are going to mix sodas, or under just the one of your choice if you are only going to get one
5.Select the size cover or lid meant the size drink you paid for and place it on the cup securely.

I never would have guessed... really never would have.
And warnings... and tips... man alive Wikihow you amuse me to no end.

Jettle

There's the right way, the wrong way, and the Max Power way.
Isn't that the wrong way?
But faster!

Speed Hole

I've been doing this to cans of PBR, Rainier, Olympia, and other cheap beers since I rewatched MASH (the film) and saw them doing it to can of beer.
Mind it was before pull tabs but still, speed hole!

Damn you Miller!

One Size Fits All?

WTF?

Saw this as part of an Oddee list.
What gets me is the fact it's One size fits all.
I guess if you start slow and such but maybe work up to this.

According to this flickr, which I assume is the origin, it is from Hollywood and that doesn't totally surprise me.
A bit but not much.
Do wonder if it was serious.

I responded with this gem.

Welcome to the Future

There's an episode of Star Trek TNG where Scotty returns and is offered a synthahol drink which he pooh poohs then Data offers him a drink that is... green. Then he gets hammered, demands the computer show him the 1960s Enterprise and him and Picard share a drink.
Good times Mr. Scott.
Welcome to the future predicted by Roddenberry. All the flavor of whiskey but now of the fun.
This is like a faux Mullet. Business in the front annnnnd Business in the back.

This article brings up a very good point:
And as much as I love whiskey, it’s a rare breed that wants to drink an entire 355ml can in one sitting. That’s half a fifth, or around eight shots, in case you’re curious. Also, their marketing slogan is “Don’t drink and drive, unless it’s ArKay.” Seriously.
I suppose putting "Once you pop; you can't stop" might have been a bit much.
