Xmas

I remember buying the Jethro Tull Christmas Album.
Quite a lame experience given that I wasn't a huge fan of Christmas carols but I was of Jethro Tull.
Although since I found Jethro Tull Radio hearing the Christmas Album isn't as awesome.
Mostly because many of those songs appeared on other albums and they get a fair bit of play.
Especially Christmas Song and Another Christmas Song.

Way Too Late Music Video Fix

This helped win "Best Heavy Metal Album"?
Why?
Sure I like "Farm on the Freeway" and "Another Harry's Bar" but not this.

Way Too Late Music Video Fix

Too Old to Rock n Roll; Too Young to Die isn't my favorite Jethro Tull album.
It has a few good songs but feels too much like a concept album that just doesn't work.
Sure "Taxi Grab" is great, "Salamander" is decent but the album is known for this title song.
And it just makes sense for Tull to still be playing it to this day.

Way Too Late Music Video Fix

Warchild is not the best Jethro Tull album.
It has a few good songs but no real stand out great hits.

Warchild holds a place in my heart.
Being 16, wandering around behind the theatre at Bosco listening to a tape recording from a cd on my walkman.
Pacing back and forth trying to get over the stage fright before going out to perform in an awful hispanic retelling of It's a Wonderful Life. Wishing I was a better performer but knowing I may never be one.

God was that nearly 15 years ago... seems like another life.
