It's not called "Heron is so Passé" but "Not if you were the Last Junkie on Earth"
I remember this coming on Alternative Nation and I think it was about the same time as Mike Flower did his cover of "Wonderwall" and STP did that retro looking video where the fireworks ended up over exposed.

Dig this but never got into the Dandy Warhols.
