Not going to say I'm enamored with the Democratic Party but the Republicans scare me far more.
Hell I'm an independent for a reason.
It's tough to not be cynical when either side spends so much time trying to stay funded to stay in office and make promises with no real change.
Perhaps that's the real failing of the last 4 years, we hoped for change but it was change that couldn't happen in 4 years.
Oh well... I'm still gonna vote.

Interesting.
This picture got me.
With the attack on unions that is currently happening to see an old picture of workers walking down the street waving flags is quite pleasant to me.
This can too easily evolve into a talk of whether or not organized labor matters but there's other people that can write that argument better than me.

I'm not incredibly fashionable.
